problem when I try ti register to readynas replicate
hello,
I've installed some Replicate addon and no problem but here I've errors with one of my customer.
He has 2 desktop nas with last firmware and last remote, replicate addon.
The remote account works and I can validate the device registration withtout a licence key but if try to register to readynas replicate in account information (with remote id and password) I've this message :
If I try to use licence key, I've this message :
I've tried reset to factory and reinstall remote addon and replicate addon and it's same thing
an idea?
thx
Laurent

Re: problem when I try ti register to readynas replicate
Hi Ichapuis. I've just logged the same issue - didn't see your post till after I had done mine. Not very hopeful that no-one has come up with any solutions. Did you happen to get this going?
I have been trying to do it on the Trial basis. One of my devices registered perfectly, and I can see it when I logon to the Replicate console. But the other device won't work - the Trial licence period it comes up with is less than 45 days, and has an expiration date in the past! Also get the check username/password error you get.
Appreciate any ideas you can offer. Thanks, Kent

Re: problem when I try ti register to readynas replicate
I am also receiving the error "Unable to register license: License key of "No expiry" has been registered and cannot register with any more keys."
I emailed ReadyNAS support and received no reply. Is this typical? I notice that there has been no ReadyNAS reply to this thread.

NETGEAR hardly visits this forum anymore. You can try using the contact form here: https://remote.readynas.com/emailer.jsp

Re: problem when I try ti register to readynas replicate
I am experiencing this problem as well and so far have not discovered a solution. I will post back here if I learn anything new. Did anyone else in this thread find an answer?
