just installed readynas photos (after much issues with program). now that it has launched, it repeatedly says "Login Failed. Please check the User ID and Password." I have reset my password twice. still the same message. any suggestions about what I could be doing wrong (besides password...I know it is correct). anything special with the userid? I have tried email, username alone, etc... any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
good call minvera.... I forgot I had set IE as default. the share option came up, now just waiting for the message to come through my email. seems like it is going to take a minute or 5. thanks for the input. I will post when it is successful.
