Cant't create readynas remote account

Hi, I am trying to get a remote access for my ReadNas Duo v2.

Remote Access is switched on. But I can't set up a "readynas remote account" on the website. Does this service still exist? I there another way to get remote access zu my nas?

Welcome to the Community!

The ReadyNAS Remote service is not available anymore. 

One alternative that you can do is try setting up VPN so you can remotely access the NAS.
