RN31600 Front Pouch Panel Does not work - replacement
Hello,
Is there any replcement part for the front cover Touch panel as on my NAS, it gets light up but the wheel arrows keys do not work. LED Display Panel is OK with Info, but touch sesnsitive circlular panel does not work. Appreciate your help and feedback asap.
Also, I am looking for the mating SATA connectors on my other NAS to be replaced. Can i have source for that mating SATA connectors?
There is no available ReadyNAS replacement parts, Your RN316 should have 5 years Hardware warranty I would suggest contacting NETGEAR Support to have it checked and provide RMA if needed.

I purchased a used one on which the connector had simply become loose. There seemed to be a bit of a manufacturing defect that put undue strain on the cable, so check that out first.
