Ready NAS 314 stops at "booting"

Hi,
today I updated the FM to 6.4 which worked fine I think. Then I tried to install the Wiki (App). This made the NAS unaccessable from the browser (files were still more or less accessable).
Then I tried to restart it and it stopped during boot, saying "booting" and the PowerLED is blinking.
I tried to reinstall the OS but it still stops when booting.
Any ideas what else I can try? I will now check the disks and the HDDs.
Is it possible to do a factory reset without the disks and without loosing data?
I have 4x2TB disks, how would I backup them?
Thanks a lot for any suggestions!
Philipp

Thanks for your reply!
By now I solved the problem, using a monitor at the NAS and typing in the credentials in the linux seemed to have helped the NAS. Now it is fine again.
Yes I can confirm the order of what happend as you desribed it.
Best wishes
Philipp

Re: Ready NAS 314 stops at "booting"
Moved post to corrcet area and added lables
You wll need to get in tech support mode from boot menu and contact support to take a look.
Which APP exctly did you install. Media Wiki or Docuwiki?
Can you confirm the exact order and steps
Installed 6.4.0 and reboot all ok
Then installed Wiki (APP) using available apps section
Seen UI issues but could browse to files via network share
We have builtin protection that UI should go into safe mode if an app causes an issues and UI continues to load so are very interested to track down what might have caused this.
