ReadyNAS 214 storage working slow

Hello Team, We have use ReadyNAS 214 & its working very slow from yesterday. Also we are unable to access ReadyNAS Admin portal. So please suggest solution for that.

What firmware are you running?

See if you can download the log zip file with RAIDar.  https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads

I am suspecting a disk problem, but there are other possibilities.
