Users suddenly getting disconnected Readynas2100 model RNRX4000

The device Readynas 2100 (RNRX4000) is with me since 2012. Unfortunately, I have noticed lately that certain users are getting disconnected after mapping their network drive. This happens whenever the computer users restart their computer. Users are in the domain and this happens to certain users only. Thank you for your help.
