Is there a way to change how often Dropbox Syncs on a ReadyNAS 422?
Is there a way to set the timeframe for the Dropbox Sync? I have it setup Bidirectional in case a file is changed on the local drive or the dropbox folder. I created a test folder in both places and it hasn't shown up for over an hour

Welcome to the Community!
Dropbox sync is only real-time and there is no option to change that either on the ReadyNAS or Dropbox.
You may try assigning a static DNS on the NAS and see if there will be any activities on the Dropbox sync afterwards.
