Why my nas netgear Ready NAS 104 is re-synchronizing
suddendly my nas was not working good looking to the display it is sre-ynchronizing why is happening?

Anyway, there are no changes to the health - you are still seeing the one command timeout on each drive. I don't find that concerning, as it has not increased during the resync.
Thinking I think one of hte main issue was my shotdown scheduling so far the NAS never really completed the resilvering. Maybe this is the issue. I have a backup with 2 hd via usb external now i will add another one and i will remove all the barracuda in favour of ironwolf
now is 75%. tomorrow morning done.
