Buongiorno, ho un problema di connessione instabile con il mio Router R6620. Il problema si presenta esclusivamente con la connessione RDSL 20MB (EIR), mentre il WIFI non salta mai. Durata connessione oscillante da 7 a 19 ore e poi il nulla per alcuni minuti; successivamente si riconnette da solo. L'ufficio Tecnico (dopo aver riscontrato parecchie disconnessioni da Centrale) sostiene che il problema sia da attribuire al Router (di mia proprietà e già aggiornato all'ultimo firmware), in quanto il segnale che mi inviano è stabile. Avete consigli per la risoluzione del mio problema? Fiducioso in un Vs. positivo riscontro, saluto e anticipatamente ringrazio. Fabrizio

L'aggiornamento firmware del router è il più recente V1.1.0.86-1.0.1
Ringrazio anticipatamente per l'aiuto che potrai darmi e per sapere se realmente la perdita di connessione sia dovuta al router e non al gestore dell' RDSL.
