2 IPcams ethernet toC3700 wireless to Laptop dont want Internet.
My Netgear Router is:
C3700-100NAS ;
It is not what the forum made me have to enter for this topic.
Goal:
Not have internet involved at all. I just want to use the router as a means to connect two IP cameras to my laptop for viewing on Laptop. My plan was to connect the two IPcams to the two available ethernet ports on my C3700-100NAS and then have my laptop connect to the Router Wirelessly. Let me know if this even makes sense.
Successes so far:
{
[ I can connect IPcam1 (xor) IPcam2 to my ethernet port on the Laptop and configure the camera and then view camera feed using manufacturers software in webrowser (WinIE and Chrome)]
(xor)
[ I can conect to Netgear router wirelessly and configure the router through NetGearGenie]
}
So where do I go from here? Please and thank you!
