AC750 R6020 won't connect!

I just got this thing at Walmart. I followed the instructions but it won't connect to any of my devices. I get an error message "403 Forbidden" on a pink screen. I'm clueless and where the XXXX is the contact number for my free phone support??????!!!!

You can try resetting the router to factory defaults. The link below may help out.
