AX8 AX6600 WiFi 6 Router Rax70 offline to internet (on netgear app too)

I am having trouble with the netgear router, AX8 AX6600 WiFi 6 Router Rax70, it keeps being offline to the internet and there is no LED light for the ethernet cable plugged in. I have reset it and restarted it multiple times but nothing is working. Is there a Internet on or off switch that I may be missing? The router can not sense the internet cable that is plugged into the modem. I have also tried multiple ethernet cables yet nothing works!

Sorry for my English, I'm not the best typer! Please help if you can!

What modem do you have? 

How often is it happening? 

Have you hardwired into the modem for a while to ensure the modem connection is good?
