Blinking white internet light but no wifi

R6400 Router has blinking white internet light but no Wi-Fi and no light on 2.4ghz or 5.6ghz lights.

Do wired devices work? 

Did the wifi on/off button get hit? Push and hold it for 2 seconds

I can connect with an ethernet cable to back of the Router, but wifi is not broadcasting, to my computer, to another computer or to my iPhone.  

I've presssed the power button on rear of router, off and on several times, and diconnected and reconnected the power several times, but that does not help.

I have NOT yet tried a "reset" of the Router.  If I push "reset", do I have to reset name and password for my network?

If you've changed your wifi name from the one it had as default wifi name and password, then yes you'll have to change it again to whatever wifi name you want and password you want. Press the wifi button for 2 seconds as was mentioned in the previous post and see if that brings the wifi back without having to reset.
