Brand new Nighthawk CAX30 Power LED not lighting up
Just purchased this router, called my ISP. They deactivated my old router and registered this one. The issue is that it’s been plugged in and the power LED is not lit. The only lights that are on are the 4 Ethernet lights.
My ISP says they registered the device and everything looks good on their end. I tried unplugging the device, I tried rebooting it. But the router doesn’t cycle at all. Just 4 solid Ethernet lights when we do anything.
Wondering if we got a dud.
any advice would be helpful

If the power LED fails. then it sounds like a dud. Or maybe the power adapter? Got another one you could try?
See the bit in the manual:
Power LED is off or blinking
You can turn off the other LEDs (see the manual) but a dead power light is pretty terminal.
