Having trouble with logging into my local remote I was able to check my modem/ status on how things were running now I can do that. Let’s me login in the remote but not local? Any help would be great!...

its says password or username is incorrect even with the ip address
try using the browser based method.
On like a pc/laptop.
Did you factory reset it? pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds?
whats the link for the just make sure we're on the same page and no i did not try the factory reset. i thought the button just for restarting the modem?
you can go to routerlogin . net
or use its ip address.
Default is usually 192.168.1.1
The factory reset button clears out old settings. It can be pushed and held for 7-15 seconds to get evreything back to default
