You mean your trying to log in locally to access the router?
have you tried 192.168.100.1
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80

try using the browser based method.
On like a pc/laptop.
Did you factory reset it? pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds?

you can go to routerlogin . net
or use its ip address.
Default is usually 192.168.1.1
The factory reset button clears out old settings. It can be pushed and held for 7-15 seconds to get evreything back to default
