Here's what you can do.

1. factory reset and re-install the combo device.

2. have the isp inspect the line. you're specs don't look bad but it doesn't mean its not something after the hub.

3. try a different modem/router. Potentially it could be the combo device.

Re: C6300V2 stopped displaying 5ghz SSID when scanning my networks

Hi Plemans, the new Wireless NIC arrived today, all installed, very easily, the one you suggested, works great, although, I had to go into device manage and advanced on the card to get my correct 802.11 settings correct and when I did that, I blew away my network, lololol.  Nothing was showing up for available networks, so, I uninstalled the device from device manager, reinstalled the drivers from Intel, recreated my Wireless Network, and now can put my PC on 5GHZ which is showing now.  Also, had Comcast Technician come over yesterday, he checked the signal directly into the c6300v2 1750AC, signal strength was strong, so, the dropping of my speed and having to reboot my modem/router every time, to get my speed back, he believes is tied to the Node being house out on the pole somewhere, thinks one of the Link Switches may be having issues, and I asked my neighbor, she has the same problem, so he was putting request in for Watchtower Monitoring to find out, where exactly from Node to panel switches are broken, maybe a fuse on the switch, not sure, so hopefully will know more soon.  I wanted to hook up the Bluetooth connection that came with the card, but don't have an additional usb pin plug to put into, my USB ports are hard wired into the circuit board it looks like, but thats okay, I am using a Bluetooth External USB PNP that works just fine.  I want to thank you for all the outstanding help you have provided me, many KUDOS to you my new friend!!!!  Jeff.

glad to hear you got it working great!

You do want to get the intel drivers directly from intel. windows update doesn't pick up the most recent and its been changing fast with the AX cards.
