Cable company upgrading to 5G. Do I need a new router?
My cable company is upgrading to 5G. Will I see a difference with a N300 WNR2000 v4, or do I need a new router? Thank you

There's 5g cellular and 5ghz wireless. They're different technologies.
What actual 5g are you talking about?
FYI the wnr2000 was a base model device was it was released in 2009. Its a N300 device. Unless you're speeds are less than 20-30mbps, you'll see an wireless upgrade by getting a newer dual band router.
What speeds do you pay for?
