i'm having problems connecting my wifi. I had upgraded to windows 10 and then I had to reinstall windows 8. My wifi isn't working at all. I tried to unistall and reinstall my adapter, updated, almost everything and it still won't connect. My Netgear is 1 month old.
I don't know too many computer lingo so any help will work.

Hi @suehaye,
You can try going through the setup procedure for the router. Check the links below for the steps.

Re: Can't connect with Wifi have a NetGear R6220
Hi suehaye,
1. What is the model number of your wireless adapter? Is it NETGEAR?
2. Do you have other wireless devices that work with the router?

AC1200 Smart Wifi with External Antennas Model is R220
Yes my tv and a tablet and it won't connect.
I had my computer reinstall to windows 8 and it worked for like 30 mins and then it back to it again. So I know it can't be the computer and I can get online if I have the Ethernet connected directly to the modem.
