Hi,
I cannot access to the router via wifi, nor via cable.
In wifi I get wrong password (also after HW resetting).
Using a wired connection I get ip 10.39.135.99 (gateway 10.39.135.253), but the admin page is not available and obviously internet doesn't work.
Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance
Stefano

10.39.135.99 is not an address the R6220 would ever use. That must be coming from another router.
You should disconnect the R6220 from everything except power. Then connect a single computer to one of the R6220's LAN ports. Make sure the computer obtains an IP address. It will probably be 192.168.1.X. The default address of the R6220 should be 192.168.1.1.
If that or routerlogin.com don't work, then reset the router one more time. Hold and press the physical reset button until all of the lights flash (about 8 to 10 seconds). Then release the button and wait a few minutes for the router to reboot. Then try to log in again.
