Cm500 slow
Hi I'm getting super low speeds on my Cm500 (barely out to 5mbps upload and download)
I have a tech agent coming tomorrow but wondering what I can do now to troubleshoot. Here's some files from the modem settings
Currently just hardwiring modem to laptop while working on this issue

Re: Cm500 slow
For troubleshooting?
Look at the coax line in the home for splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators. Remove them if you have them.
Inspect the coax for damage, kinks, moisture, bad/old/loose/cheap connectors and replace them if you do.
I usually tell people to directly connect the modem to where the line enters the home. That prevents any of the wiring in the home from being an issue.
In terms of your screen snip, you didn't include the upload or the modem logs. those are key for checking the line as well.
Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
