I'm trying to upgrade firware but something's wrong. Tried autoupdate and also tried to reset to Factory Defaults and manually update. Still says that new firmware upgrade is available.

It looks like that we have a typographical error on that update.
The correct firmware version is 1.0.1.10 for JR6150 and R6050.
The download page and the server will be corrected accordingly.

Re: Firmware update
There is a manual for the JR6150 along with the latest firmware at the end of this link:
>>>> JR6150 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<
See page 1904.
The release notes for the software also tell you how to apply the firmware manually.
JR6150 / R6050 Firmware Version 1.1.0.10 | Answer | NETGEAR Support

Re: Firmware update
Did you read that I wrote? I already tried to do it manually.
Can you give me the link to 1904 page, because I can't find it.

Re: Firmware update
Page 190.
I did read what you wrote but your description did not tell us what you did and where it went wrong.
Which version do you have installed?
Which version are you trying to install?

Nothing attached. Not even a placemarker. (Images take time to land here because someone has to vet them for acceptability.)
How about just using words to answer the questions?
I wonder if you are seeing the same phenomenon as this discussion:
R6050 Won't Install Firmware Update - NETGEAR Communities
But with nothing to work on – from you or Netgear – that's just a guess.

Re: Firmware update
@Log-Dog Did you try resetting the router?
1. With the unit powered on, press and hold the reset button on the back of unit for 30seconds.
2. Without releasing the reset button, unplug the unit and hold reset for another 30 seconds.
3. Power on the unit while STILL pushing the reset button and count for another 30 seconds before letting it go.

Re: Firmware update
As far as I know your method isn't official, right?

Re: Firmware update
It is a well known standard trick when you have something that seems to be stuck.
As a Netgear person, ElaineM should know.

Re: Firmware update
I don't know whether it help or not. From one hand the annoying "a new firmware is available" disappeared, on the other hand Firmware Version is still V1.0.1.10_1.0.1 instead of v1.1.0.10_1.0.1

Interesting that you got rid of the nag, but I fear that you are seeing the same phenomenon is in the other discussion I pointed to. Something wonky in the firmware numbering scheme.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get confirmation of this.
