How to get "†Up to 750Mbps wireless speeds..." on Night Hawk R6020

The AC740 retail box and data sheet mention speeds of 300, 450 & 750Mbps, but since the ethernet ports are only10/100, HOW do you connect it so it achieves those speeds? Other discussions asked how to use it connected wirelessly, but community only came up with ethernet connection which couldn't.

Those speeds are between two WiFi clients transferring data, not WiFi <=> LAN. The speeds are also in ideal, controlled conditions. In reality, it's always less than.
