What error does it give you?
When you switched services, did you factory reset and start over?
Have you tried changing dns providers?
Try a different DNS Server. Here's a few for ipv4. Also remember to change the ipv6 dns server if ipv6 is enabled
CloudFlare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
GoogleDNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What speeds are you paying for?
What device is it thats having issues?
