Can you verify if using a special character and capital letter for password will help you guys pass this registration?

Cancel the need and confusion expressed in my previous email.

I was able to set up an OpenDNS account using my cell phone, which I can log into using my computer.

That has been a very frustrating and time consuming work around. I hope that my experience and my fix saves some other users some frustration and I hope that Net Gear fixes this problem.

Can you verify if you could setup OpenDNS on the PC?

**Edit: Can you tell us how many characters you have used on the Windows Genie?

If you are still having difficulty, can you verify if it will allow you to set the password with a minimum of 13 characters.
