MAC addresses on my iOS devices do not match those listed on my Netgear AC1200 R6230 router

I got a Netgear R6230 a couple of days ago and went to the Advanced screen to see my network's attached devices. I noticed that the MAC addresses on all my Apple devices (iPhones & iPads) were different from those listed on the router's Attached Devices screen. Why is that and which are correct?

Recent iOS update? Where did you get "the MAC addresses on all
[your] Apple devices"?
> [...] Why is that [...]
It's a feature.
> [...] which are correct?
"Both" or "It depends". Define "correct".

Thanks so much! Had no idea about iOS 14 using private MAC addresses for each wifi network. Interesting--and much appreciated.
