NetGear23 wireless use with email feature
My router will not see the email feature in Charter when in WiFi mode. I have to physically connect it to access it or clear mail on my laptop. I can connect to either the modem or the router.
In order to access email on my laptop I have to recycle the modem, router, and my laptop. At that point I can see my mail. When I disconnect the hardwire I lose access. This is the only feature failure I am experiencing - all other websites and features are accessible. I am running Windows 7 Professional. The mail opens fine on my phone.
Thanks!

Which is a what? Look for "Model" on the product label.

Rather than you deciding what your (unspecified) "My router" can or
cannot "see", it might be more helpful if you described what _you_ are
doing, and what _you_ see when you do it.
If it works as expected with one network connection, but not with
another, then my guess would be that Windows is being a little
over-protective about your privacy:
