Netgear N600 (WNDR3400v2)
Router appears to be working in my home network ok, cells have wifi, home streaming is working. Issue is my Orbi cell app is "unable to connect the router" I have tried disconnecting, shutting down modem and computer, restarting, rebooting Orbi, used Orbi wireless connector (WPS) to no avail. Cell Orbi app still shows unable to connect to router. Guidance is appreciate, thank you.

The WNDR3400v2 is far too old (2011) to work with the Netgear app.

Not sure why you expect the Orbi app to see it. Not just wrong age, also wrong "brand".
Orbi app is for Orbi systems.
