I want to use a WNDR3400v3 as Repeater for an existend Arris_Kabel-TV_Modem_Wlan-Router.
I need the Wlan Signal at the Place where the Arris is placed, also I need the Wlan Signal where the WNDR3400v3 is placed, and this in the same Network.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks
P.s.: I hope you understand what i mean (my english is not the best...)

I do have a Cable between AP and router.
I tried vor some hours, but if I set AP-Mode on WNDR3400v3 its just the W-Lan working and not the ports for the fix cabeld stuff.
so I put the DHCP on again, I set the W-Lan settings at the same as they are on the Router.
and now it is all working in one network.
Thanks for all your help.

Re: Netgear N600 WNDR3400v3
Repeater mode doesn't seem to be available on this router. If it was I would think that option would be listed in the manual.

Re: Netgear N600 WNDR3400v3
Assuming you what to improve/add WIFI coverage? How would you connect to main router? If you have Catxx cable you could use almost any router in AP Mode or as a AP But, this requires a cable connection between AP and router.
