Netgear WIFI repeater(externder)

I bought a netgear ex3700 to extend my wifi signal to the first floor. 

My home network is google fiber. Their wifi routers do not support wps.

So my question is how do I install the netgear extender without using wps. The wps function is there so that installers don't have to login with username and password.
