Network Connectivity

I recently rebuilt my PC and now when I use File Explorer the netgear box shows up as Storage, but I can't reach it.  It use to show up under Network (but in File Explorer it was under the label Compter).  

I have no clue why this is happening and I was hoping this forum could lend a hand.

   Does that mean a fresh Windows installation?  Did you declare the
(new) network connection to be Private?  Windows (Firewall) normally
blocks file-sharing over a Public network connection.

Yes, I formatted the drive and put a new fresh version of the OS on my c-drive.  Yes, I did check the network sharing options and I did check mark private.

Thanks for asking - any thoughts?
