Orbi RBS40V. Netgear sent firmware update

Orbi RBS40V. Netgear sent firmware update

I have an Orbi Rbr50 WiFi router with 2 satellites. One of the satellites is an Orbi Voice rbs40v. Netgear sent an email to upgrade the rbs40v but every time I try to update the firmware I get an error message. My Rbr50 firmware is v2.7.2.104.
Does the Orbi Voice need a firmware update by itself? I could use some help please.

You are on the current firmware version. 

I know that there was issues over the last few days with the auto-update server but you're on the most current so you should be good.

What actual version is your rbs40v on?

The firmware version is shown as V2.6.2.4 on my Mobile Netgear application

Was reply incorrect? I just need to know why I keep.getting an error message when I try to check for new firmware. In the past when I Checked the firmware it would state I have the most current update or would tell me to update. Do the router and the voice satellite have to be on the same firmware version?

I am not good at this and really need some help. My WiFi numbers are fine as is everything else.

Can someone tell me why when I try seeing if I have an update on my Orbi application I get an error message and not the message that your system is up to date? I do not understand what would cause this ad I have an excellent WiFi signal.
