Parent control not working

I have a lan to wan setup so each child has their own router that can be turned off and on... One is a r6300v1  and the other is a r6300v2. They both connect to a nighthawk 8500 which is connected to...

    Hi travistyofjusti,

     

    1. On which device is the Parental Controls configured?

    2. What is the exact model number and firmware version of the AC1900 cable modem?

    3. Please make sure Parental Controls is configured on the last exit point of the network (cable modem if applicable).

    4. Does the issue affect all devices?

    5. Have you tried other filtering levels?
