R6080 Cannot connect after power failure
I am 75 year old lady and don't have tech knowledge. Why can't I connect to my router after a short power failure?

Hard to tell without knowing what is going on at your end. What do all the LEDs on the top look like?
Try this.
Power cuts usually take out both the modem and the router on a network. When the power comes back on, they may start up in the wrong order, with the router starting before the modem is ready. That means that they get confused about which is in charge.
It may help to reboot the whole network in the right order.
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
Just another user with a set of boilerplate macros.
My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V
