If you're outside of the 90 days of free support, yes it does cost money. Unless you have a total hardware failure.
Or you can use the community forum as its free on here as its people from the public helping out.
But we'd need a description of your issue, what you've tried, and your home setup.
(btw, that router is a pretty low performing 10/100mbps router)
