R6220 no update dynamic DNS from no-ip

hello I have R6220 firmare V1.1.0.114_1.0.1.
I setup DNS dynamic from no ip, but router means that only update 1 time, so my isp change the ips every 1 or two days, but the r6220 does not update dns.

Can someone help me ?
