Appreciate help on this.
Since Windows 10 was installed, unable to log on to the router.
Message given is that router is not available or not supported.
There is a listing of R6300 v2 on the netgear windows 10 compatibility site. But there is mention of the R6300 v1.
Has that worked for anyone?
(the last firmware update listed for the v1 is Firmware Version V1.0.2.78)
Thanks!

Thanks for your prompt response, M
This message appeared in Genie (latest version), and from the browser attempt to connect to the router.
Thought the windows 10 drivers were different, and that may have caused the problem. However, upon powering down the router and leaving it be for awhile, when I restarted it, the router is now recognized.
Another mysterious occurance where things go out of whack in the night....
Appreciate your help!

Your device doesn't really care about Windows or the version thereof. You just use your browser to get into it.
Any drivers involved are down to your PC's hardware, wifi and LAN for example, which have nothing to do with Netgear.

Well done.

Which genie?
There are three of them. (Netgear likes to confuse us all.) The web interface, the standalone Windows app and the Android/iThing apps.
Maybe your strategy sorted the "start things in this order" edict from Netgear.
