R6300v2 Routeur High latency, especially on video games

Hello ! I have problems since 4 days with my connection, I pay a subscription to have 100Mbps of Download and 30 of upload, I have all that it is necessary for me, BUT since now 4 days, I have big problem of connection, one always posts me that my connection goes well but my ping is not dutout correct, I have latency in game, while I'm on my servers, I see in my speedtest that I have big spikes of latency and it goes down, then it goes up, in short, I do not know what to do, and this problem occurs on all my devices, while they are for some wired and other not wired. ... even when I play on my console, I have mini rollback, for now I have not found a solution, please help me!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

The cable is brand new, we replaced it in doubt but that was not the problem...

We have tested all the restart techniques in the world haha, but unfortunately nothing

We tried to discuss with our supplier but same, he recommends me to come and ask here, because it seems that this problem has already happened to some people

the firmware is :  (firmware)
V1.0.4.6_10.0.76

Are you enabling any QOS, Access Controls, Circle or Traffic Meter after a factory reset? Have any of these been enabled before?

I haven't touched any blockers, and they've never been touched, as I said, I've been using my service for a long time and the problem started 4 days ago.

How do I get the data you are asking me for? Is it written on my modem or router?

Have you attempt to connect directly to the ISP modem and check for continued problems with out the router in the middle?

Yes, I connected my Thomson modem with a cable directly to my PC and I had the same latency problem, so it is not the router ....

You'll need to get with the ISP and have them check the signal on the line up to there modem.

Check all line fittings and such. Be sure all connections are snug.

Be sure to use good quality RG6 coax cabling.

Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.

Might ask the ISP about a modem upgrade if one is available. Do they support NG modems?
