R6330-1AZNAS router works ok but does not show all users

I just installed the R6330-1AZNAS . NETGEAR WIFI  (firmware updated) Nighthawk only shows 8 users, I can turn off each user, but my grandson is still on line with his android Tab-a (2016 I think) Wh...

Are you doing it through the app or through the browser? 

Check in the browser as the app isn't always accurate.

as using app.. did not know app was not the best

    Just looked on I pad thru the router, his is listed  and it now shows  up on Nighthawk, but when I try to disallow access, it says "sorry that action failed, try again"  3 times
