R6400 Factory Reset reset NEW IP address to all attached devices
R6400 (version V1.0.1.62_1.0.41) fter factory reset for connectivity issue, that issue was resolved. Now, I have discovered that all attached devices were assigned a new IP address. This is only a h...

Did you? (Clearly, _I_ read the User Manual, because otherwise I
wouldn't misspell "Reserved" as "Reserves" here.) Try page 114?
ADVANCED > Setup > LAN Setup : Address Reservation is where you
assign a specific address to a particular client device.
After you define one or more address reservations, you might need to
shut down the router and your other devices, and then restart
everything, before those new reservations will be effective.

or what happened when you did it.
"will not accept" is not a useful problem description. It does not
say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As
usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results
(error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

antinode It is wonderful to know the definition of the terms in technical manuals. It was very kind and helpful for your enlightening me to translate the terminology.
I am sad to learn you missed my telepathy (injecting humor) with my explanation of Windows 10 not recognizing a new port reconfiguration. Perhaps it has little to nothing to do with correcting this problem.
I will read this again using your very helpful suggestions. I sincerely appreciate your time and effort to help with this printer issue.
