R6400 Router Intermittent Internet Issues

My internet provider says there are no issues on their side. Netgear tells me there are no issues on their side. If I use the ethernet cable straight to the laptop, with no router, I can connect to the internet. If I try using the router and go wireless, all gadgets say connected to my wireless but no internet...what is wrong with my router? All lights are correctly lit.

1. Is the router getting the correct WAN IP?
