R6400 cannot update firmware
Received an email that said there is a new firmware. I have done this in the past and it has always worked. I see the firmware upgrade is a new number, 1.0.1.44. I have 1.0.1.42. However, when I...

You don't need to persuade me, you need to persuade your router
and/or web browser. The router web site, no doubt, uses JavaScript.

I did try internet explorer after it did not work on chrome. Same result. I will try disengaging the anti virus software. Thanks for the tips.
