R7000 AC1900 NET::ERR_CERT_Authority_invalid
From MS Edge web browser (version 109.0.1518.55 64-bit) on MS Windows 10 Dell laptop (Ethernet connected into LAN port on Netgear R7000 AC1900 Wi-fi router), the following error returns when the admin username and password are entered:
NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
This server couldn't prove that it's www.routerlogin.net; its security certificate isn't trusted by your computer's operating system. I select "Continue on to www.routerlogin.net.
The URL address shows a line through https: www.routerlogin.net.
Regardless, I can still login to the router management interface.
Lastly, in Advanced Setup "Web Services Management" has a check mark for "Always Use HTTPS to Access Router" under the Local Management.
Is there a fix for this or upgrade the 8 years old Wi-fi router?
