RBR40 says offline but the internet is working
I have the Orbi RBR40 with two satellites and the Fios wifi 6 router. They worked well and we had two wifi networks - but now the Orbi app is showing that the router is "offline". But, my Orbi netwo...
- its usually because you're using 2 routers on the network both in router mode. its called a double nat.

options?
1. put the fios in modem only/passthrough mode
2. put the netgears IP address in the fios's DMZ
3. put the netgear in ap (access point) mode.
use only 1 of those options to fix it.
