RBR750 how to add back deleted devices

How do I add back devices that I deleted on device list? I deleted devices that were not online, thinking that they would pop back up as new devices, but now I realize I removed them from list forever?? I use the Orbi Netgear app and just started parental control trial.

Thank you for reaching out. Did you have the Access Control enabled on the router? Have you tried connecting the new device to your wifi connection?
