The 2.4ghz network on my My C6300v is not showing up on any devices.

Recently the 2.4ghz network on my model:C6300v2 no longer shows up on any devices. The settings haven't changed and the Netgear Genie screen says the network is working but it cannot be found on any devices. The 5ghz network works fine. I have tried resetting the device twice but the problem persists. Any help is appriciated. Thanks.
