There is no reason why any router should not "work with Spectrum". So router boxes rarely mention ISPs. There isn't enough room to mention them all.
If the box does mention an ISP it may be that the thing inside is a modem/router. This is a modem with a router bit added.
As plemans says, we won't know until you have looked at the label on the thing for what this AC7500 really is.
Modem/routers have a model number like C7500 for cable internet or D7000 for DSL Internet.
