Unable to install software update
I received a notification that there was a software update. The instuctions had me download Nighthawk to my phone to completer the update. Nighthawk indicated that my firmware was out of date and d...
Many times when people download the firmware, they either don't extract it or they double click on it thinking it'll manually install itself.
Once downloaded, right click on it and extract it.
then follow the manual firmware update process.
