Update for 1750s August 2020
So I've been having all sorts of issues with my new router. The most annoying is the buffering on the wifi side. with the most recent update. All was fixed, it was lovely, It lasted about a week. Sigh.
Anyone else have same? I had an open ticket with support, when the new purchase support ran out. And now they won't talk to me.

Re: Update for 1750s August 2020
What firmare are you on? (actual number)
Are you having buffering on the 2.4ghz side of the 5ghz side?
Does it buffer when you're using a wired connection?
What modem are you connected to?
After the update, did you try a factory reset and reinstall of the router?

Hi dkgoodwin00,
Good day!
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the backlog in the system. Are you still having a buffering issue with your router? If yes, please provide the following information:
Does it happen to all devices in the network( smartphones, laptops, pc)?
Have you done any troubleshooting on your own? If yes, what are those troubleshooting steps?
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Oliver
